What are the minimum requirements to be considered for the English teacher position?

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a relevant field, have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in diverse settings, demonstrate fluency in English, and have a minimum IELTS score of 7 or TOEFL score of 94, with IELTS being preferred. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120+ hours) is also preferred but not mandatory for those with significant teaching experience.

When does the job start if I am accepted?

The teaching position starts in September 2025. Selected candidates will be expected to be available to begin their roles at the start of the academic year.

What levels will I be teaching?

You will be teaching at the secondary level, focusing on enriching students’ understanding and proficiency in English. 7

Where will I be teaching?

The position is in public schools across the Republic of Uzbekistan, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to our vibrant educational landscape.

What is the classroom environment like?

Our classrooms are designed to be conducive to learning and interaction, with no more than 15-20 students per class. This allows for a more personalized teaching experience and better student engagement.

What is the work schedule?

Teachers work 5 days a week. Specific details regarding work hours, holidays, and other scheduling matters will be discussed during the interview process.
